Biomechanics

Biomechanics objectively quantifies human movement and essentially gives you a picture of your movement DNA. More specifically, using biomechanics in golf allows analysis of key points in the swing from a velocity and force perspective.

Most importantly, biomechanics can help quantify change over time which becomes useful when comparing technique changes from the coach’s perspective or physical changes from a training standpoint.

At Peak Golf Performance we work with Loughborough University Biomechanics Department to undertake this scientific movement analysis and reporting for our clients.
